1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using sourcedit.ca (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. What Sourced It does

Sourced It operates a free referral service that connects Canadians with independent third-party providers, such as lenders, dealers, and debt relief professionals.

• We are not a lender, dealer, credit counsellor, or Licensed Insolvency Trustee. We do not approve applications, set rates or terms, or guarantee any outcome.
• Our request pages use application forms provided by our third-party affiliate partners. Information you enter is submitted directly to the form provider, which shares it with the providers matched to your request. We do not see your application details and do not participate in providers' decisions.
• Any agreement you enter with a matched provider is solely between you and that provider, and is governed by that provider's own terms — not by us. We are not a party to those agreements and cannot influence their decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use this Website. Our services are intended for residents of Canada.

4. Your responsibilities

When you use our Website, you agree that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and belongs to you.
• You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or anyone else's information without their permission.
• You will not misuse the Website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Communications

When you submit an application form, any consent for the form provider and matched providers to contact you about your request is collected by the form provider under their own terms.

Separate marketing communications from us are only sent where you have provided express consent, in accordance with Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL). You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at [email protected].

Consent to receive communications is never a condition of receiving any product or service.

6. Third-party providers

Providers we refer you to are independent businesses. We do not control, review, or endorse their decisions, rates, terms, timelines, or conduct, and we are not responsible for them. We do not verify the accuracy of any offer a provider makes to you. Always review a provider's own terms and privacy policy before proceeding with them.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by Sourced It (and its associated brands, including B's Vehicle Solutions) or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This Website and our referral service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any provider will approve your request, contact you, or offer you any particular terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sourced It, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Website or our referral service, or from your dealings with any third-party provider — including any provider's decision to approve or decline your request, or the terms they offer.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sourced It, its owners, employees, and affiliates (including B's Vehicle Solutions) from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit that is false or infringes the rights of others.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its last-updated date, and your continued use of the Website after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, subject to any rights granted to you by applicable consumer protection legislation.
