Sourced It ("we," "our") operates a free referral service for Canadians. We are not a lender, and we do not make approval, rate, or funding decisions.

The application forms on our pages are provided by our third-party affiliate partners. When you complete one of these forms, your information is submitted directly to that partner's systems — we do not operate those forms or their databases, and we do not see your application details. The partner shares your request with the lenders or service providers matched to it, who may contact you with options.

2. What information is involved

• Form submissions: the contact details and request information you enter into an application form (for example: name, phone, email, address, financing needs, business details, or debts, depending on the page). This goes directly to the form provider, whose own privacy practices apply to it.
• Referral reporting we may receive: limited reporting from our partners about referrals (for example, aggregate counts or commission information). This does not include your full application details. We use it only to track referrals and measure our marketing, store it securely, and never sell it.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, and cookie/pixel data (such as Meta Pixel or Google tags) used to operate and improve our website and advertising.

We collect only what is needed for the purposes described here.

3. How information is collected

• Partner application forms — you submit directly to the form provider through the widget on our pages.
• Partner reporting — our affiliate partners may send us limited referral and commission reporting.
• Automatically — cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you use our website.

If you reached us through one of our associated brands or campaigns (for example, B's Vehicle Solutions), your inquiry is routed to the partners relevant to that request.

4. How information is used and shared

• The form provider receives your application directly and shares it with the providers matched to your request so they can contact you with options, under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
• Our referral records are used only to track referrals and measure our marketing. They are stored securely and are never sold.
• Technical data is used to operate, maintain, and improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Marketing communications and your consent

When you submit an application form, any consent for the provider and matched lenders to contact you about your request is collected by the form provider under their own terms. We encourage you to review them.

Separate marketing messages from us (beyond updates about your request) are sent only where you have provided express consent, in line with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time:

• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Referral records we keep are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then deleted or anonymized. Information submitted through application forms is retained according to the form provider's and the receiving providers' own policies.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information submitted through application forms is governed by the form provider's and the receiving providers' own security practices and privacy policies — we encourage you to review them.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
